The majority of landlords are proactive when it comes to ensuring the safety of their tenants, and make a welcome contribution to the housing market. But, unfortunately, a minority of landlords fail to be proactive, putting their tenants in danger as a result.

New Regulations require landlords to have the electrical installations in their properties inspected, and tested by a professional, to ensure their competence, at least every 5 years/tenancy change. Landlords have to provide a copy of the electrical safety report to their tenants, and to their local authority if requested.

This means that all landlords now have to do what good landlords are already doing – Ensure the electrical installations in their rented properties are safe. We carry out all EICR reports and are an approved member of the NICEIC, please click the button above if you would like to work with us to provide this service for your properties. Landlord Compliance Testing

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we wanted to share with customers our approach to testing your properties to ensure we keep everyone as safe as possible in the current climate. It is really important that we can still make sure the electrical installations in your rented property are safe and meet the Government regulations, but do it in a way that is safe for you and for our installers.
